Warriors (Poem)

Glory be to God the heavens and the earth

He who gave us life through dried up dust and dirt

He sacrificed his son to forgive us of our sins

He’s washed us white as snow our journey now begins

With robes of righteousness he has clothed all his kids

We’re holy and we’re blameless though at times we sin again

Covered by the blood of the precious Holy Lamb the devil cannot touch us

On no ground can he stand

We carry a mighty shield, an even larger sword

We’re soldiers claiming peace for the glory of our lord.
